Parkland Lodge, Edson, is our largest facility with 55 units. The Parkland Lodge Auxiliary has done an amazing job of transforming our large grounds into a beautiful park, complete with walking paths and gazebos. Watch the big screen TV, play pool, read a book in the library or stroll through the gardens. There are no kitchenettes in this facility; all meals are served in the dining room.

Monthly Fees
Rents are established at Parkland Lodge by using the RGI (Rent Geared to Income) formula. The Evergreens Foundation Board of Directors set rents annually,  while ensuring each resident is left with some disposable income per Alberta Seniors guidelines.
